WriterZen – Create SEO Optimised Content In Minutes | 4 Powerful SEO Modules
Doing SEO in 2021 is not as difficult as many people say, with the right tools in hand, you can make your marketing life easier, which is why today's product showcase is WriterZen. WriterZen consists of multiple modules where you can do everything from keyword research to optimizing your entire content. And the last two modules I'll leave to discuss later in this video. So, without
further ado, let's dive into WriterZen and test its 4 modules. Log in to WriterZen, the dashboard where it all starts. We have our themes, discovery content creators and keyword seekers. These are just three of the modules WriterZen offers in the menu. We also have modules like topic discovery, content creator, keyword explorer that we just saw. Then, we have plagiarism checkers and keyword importers.
If you want to import a lot of keywords, you want to run a keyword research on it. Now, let's start with topic discovery, where we can get ideas around a topic.
As you can see, I have it running on WordPress. So, if we go into WordPress here, as you can see, we get a ton of ideas for theme discovery, built on top of WordPress. So, everything here is related to WordPress, or at least remotely related to WordPress. And these ideas are great. For example, if we look at the WordPress site created here, you can see that if I look at the ideas, it shows that the ideas are highly relevant and the title of the idea , which is the Google suggested insight, it directly Display databases from Google. What are people searching for on Google? Because Google's suggestions are based on what people are searching for. Also, in Google Suggest Insights, we can take a look at the questions, which contain questions around WordPress, in this case, creating a WordPress site. We can see prepositions and comparisons here. Also, if we go a little further down, we can see related Google searches, and searches for people who create WordPress sites,
they might also search for free landing pages WordPress or the most popular WordPress plugins. However, watch out for the headlines here. This is a title taken directly from another website.
As you can see, the URL here refers to the website, which is related to this title. So don't just copy and paste, use it as an idea of how you can build your own article. If I think this title is good, I can add it to my list. Then let's say,
I'm going to make a list now and it's going to be named Create a WordPress site. I'll add the title here now. If I find this person relevant, I can do the same.
Now that
we've added 2 headers to our listing, we're building around creating a WordPress site. You can do this for all the different ideas you see here. The cool thing is that here they do have a filtering option if you just want to get themes that are closely related to WordPress or if you want to get more ideas more broadly, they do have information on how you can get in the theme discovery Tips for better research. And for almost all of their modules, they always have a video showing you how to get the best results out of them.
The second item they reviewed, they did have more on the subject discovery was a diagram, you can see it here. I don't think it's very helpful to myself. I prefer to have this view, I feel like I have a better overview. As you can see here, the volume, which is the search volume for this particular topic. Now, another thing that all modules have in common is that in this case you will always have a plus sign below and you can start another search. So if we wanted to search for, say, a more specific MailChimp WordPress integration, we could easily start our search here. As you can see, what it's doing here is that when we search for MailChimp integration on WordPress
, it's identifying the first hundred URLs. It's done now. We can see that on this particular topic I searched, there was an idea, a title that we could use if we wanted to , but they also had other ideas that weren't specific, but it still matched what I typed Topic found relevant.
Now let's move on to the next module, the content creator.
I'll just show you this briefly before we dive into it. Here we have all the files we created. And, as you can see, I've created five of the best WordPress plugins to integrate MailChimp. Now, if we click on it, we're sent to the content creator, and we can see a list of our articles. So if we want to create multiple articles here for this particular word or this particular keyword. Therefore, this keyword focuses on WordPress MailChimp integration.
If we click on it, we will now go to the content creator, where we can write content. Before I dive into this, let me show you what it looks like when we create a new piece of content. Now, let's say, we want to focus on caching plugins for WordPress.
The location is the United States, and the language is of course English. After we have now added our project, the WordPress caching plugin, we need to add the key, what we want this specific article to focus on. As you can see, for each. Articles that we add under this project,
we can add a priority of the writer's name and a due date for this particular article. Now that it's done, it's done a competitive analysis of this specific keyword WordPress caching plugin. On the left here, we have the current top 10, ranking on this particular keyword, and we can always show more competitors, and they do scan 20 here in this case. Additionally, we have our Google Suggestions inside , which again is pulled from the Google database, and it shows what people are also asking.
It's a platform independent of Google's topic of discussion around this particular keyword, and how people compare the best WordPress caching plugins. So that's another related content that you can put into your content. So make sure your content answers those queries. Now, back here, we have our competitors, and then we can open them up and see their outlines. However, here is WriterZen's first flaw, it doesn't scan outlines very well.
Here, you can see that this is a WordPress plugin site. It only shows contributors and developers. This is good. Now, if we move on to the next one, you can see that it says a comparison of the nine best WordPress caching plugins for 2021. Then below this , it shows us some outlines. But where are these plugins? These plugins may be a header, but they are not scanned here.
same. If we look down at this, the top five best WordPress caching plugins, you can see that it only has two titles highlighted, which means I'd like to see them work a little more on this crawler so we can get the entire outline. But let's say I like the outline. Then I will click on it. So it's added here, and I'll use it in the next view, which I'll show you later. I will also be back here. This one doesn't have any outlines, but I'm going to put this here and I'll just add those two. So now that we have four headings, we're going to the next step. But before we do that,
here you can see the content structure, it's counting words. And the higher the person goes, the longer it will be compared to the competition.
So, of course, you shouldn't always put it all the way up, longer than all the competition. That's not how it works. And it's not that relevant either, because it's all that matters to you to get on the first page that your content is relevant to the keyword phrase in this case. But it's still great, and it's still a way for you to see about companies ranking on page one.
How long are their articles, and how long do you need to write them to be longer, if that's what you really want. And you can compare word counts and characters here. Also, as mentioned, they also have a video here that shows you how to build your outline. If you want to exclude some specific domain name, say your own domain name is on the first page, then you can exclude it. So it is not shown in the competitive analysis. Now, let's move on to the next step, it is. We need to set the keywords we need to focus on in this article. It has added keywords that their engine considers relevant, but here the keywords are split into two categories.
We have competitor keywords, which are keywords from your competitor's website, and then we have opportunity keywords, which are keywords that are highly relevant to your keyword terms from Google's database. So it's great that you can see how many times this keyword caching plugin is generally used on your competitor's website. Also, you can see how many people Googled for this particular keyword and how relevant it is compared to the keyword phrases we have here . So if I want to focus on this keyword, all I have to do is hit the plus sign and we can move on in a minute and you'll see how we can focus on it. Also, in chance, we have the same thing, we can see that the usage here should be five and the quantity is 720, which is extremely meaningful. If we disagree the usage should be five. We can always set it to three and then edit, because when we come to the third step of content writing, you'll see,
we have to use a certain amount of time so that we can create a good score for the article.
The one thing I'm missing here is which keywords I can sort by, I'd like to see a way where I can sort those keywords after search volume and difficulty score, because I don't want to focus on one that might get 20 keywords with search volume, but it has a huge difficulty score, which means it doesn't make sense for me to focus on this particular keyword. But now let's get to the last step where we need to write our article. So you can see our outline here and our keywords here. What I usually do is, I copy this into the editor, now it's just H2's, of course.
And now there is no caching plugin as a headline. So we need to add this as well. But that's just to show you, and then we have keywords here as well, where we can highlight keywords and see where we use them in the editor. Also, here,
you can see that we'll always get a score of how well we've done our content writing. Here you can see that we got an E, the highest of course is an A, and you can see the number of words we used, the number of headings, paragraphs and pictures we used. And here, we should have ten titles. We should have at least 10 paragraphs, and 10 pictures. As you can see, I just opened this, and here it tells us what needs to be solved to make this article rank better.
Now, here are some minor flaws. For example, if I want to see information about this keyword, cache plugin WordPress, which is a keyword that a lot of people are searching for,
then you can see that no data was found. Now if I enter a sentence where I use this, hopefully it should show some data about it.
Now you can see the usage has gone up by a factor of 10, but it still doesn't show any data. So that's a small flaw in it.
Another cool thing you can do below is that you can always check your entire article for plagiarism to see if your article has too much duplicate content compared to what's on the internet. I will also show you this and the test results later. In terms of content writing, I would also like to see this analysis of our articles here be more extensive. I'd like to see the way it focuses on pitch, the length of my phrases, reading scores, etc. This is what we've seen in BiQ.Cloud, they have a content, and they have such a wide range of content,
and are checking so many parameters, it's currently safer for you to write in BiQ.Cloud compared to WriterZen to get Higher scores and hopefully better rankings on Google. Now, moving on to the Keyword Explorer, which is a very powerful tool.
I have used it on my website and specific keywords. So let’s try out the WordPress keyword here, which has been added to it. Here, you can get a lot of different data that you can use. We can see the search volume here over time. This one is pretty steady, it does drop a little bit, but it's pretty steady and we can see a trend for this particular keyword. Also, we can see the SERP overview, we can see the ranking of the first page for this particular keyword, we can see the search volume, CPC, keyword ideas, there are 6000 keyword ideas, the total search volume for WordPress to 1.8 million. And when we look further down, we get keyword research,
where we can see keywords related to WordPress. All of this data you see here is from Google's APIs, Google's databases, and Google Suggestions. Between all this keyword data, we have insight, we have clusters of those keywords, and you can have your own keyword clusters here, if you want to focus on that. In the insights here , you can see other types of sentences being searched that contain the word WordPress.
In this case, you can see questions, prepositions, comparisons, letters and numbers, if that's what you want. But back to the keyword data. This is where it's powerful, because here you can see, we have a different number of keywords here. We have a trend for a particular keyword, whether it's trending or not , the search volume for the keyword, the CPC, the cost per click, and then we have the ESPK. This one is very relevant because this is to show you which one you should focus on to get the best output.
Then, we have the PPC competition. I would like to see a difficulty score here, they show you how hard it is to rank for this keyword , not for CPC purposes, but for SEO and organic traffic purposes. You can easily sort across all of these keywords if you only want ESPK, say above 100, or you want one with a minimum of 3 words because you want to focus on long tail keywords
, or You want one with a search volume above 1000, etc. In keyword research tools, there are a lot of filtering options. But it's also clear to me that all of this data that we're seeing here is very similar to when I'm running keyword research in BiQ.Cloud, which tells me they're using the same dataset, which can be quite concerning, Because they need to be able to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
So I hope in the future they will add their own datasets, or at least on Google, so we can use WriterZen to do keyword research
and get broader results and more thorough results. Now when I run it on my own domain it only shows one keyword which is not correct. But that's because many of the keywords I'm ranking for are not in the dataset WriterZen uses. Therefore, it only shows me this specific keyword. However, as you can see, these are more or less the same, although we do have KGR, which stands for the keyword golden ratio, to tell you again, as it says here, which keywords have low difficulty scores , the analogy you want to focus on. In this case, it's showing review software. The last second module I want to show you is Plagiarism Checker. Here, what I do is I take an article of my own and I run it through the inspector. It did find that this was a duplicate article, and it did show that only 15% were unique. It must be because of formatting issues, because on my site, it's formatted a bit differently.
But here you can see that it's showing its position and it finds that it's a duplicate. And this is very correct. So I must say it's very good work. And when you do a plagiarism check, you have up to 5000 characters. This is a big bonus, and it's a huge bonus for checking plagiarism checkers, because here you can check a huge amount of content. Now,
in the last module, what I want to show you is the keyword importer. This will only be very brief. But here you can see, if you have a list of keywords that you want to do keyword research on, or you want to add to your list of keywords, that's what you do. You can manually add them here, you can copy-paste them, or type them and give the item a name , or you can import from a file, from your list in WriterZen.
It's just a great way to bulk search for a lot of different keywords, and you'll save a lot of time using this. So it's definitely a small feature, but a great one
to really save you time. Now let's try to dig a little deeper into the price structure. Looking at the pricing structure of WriterZen, they are between competitors Frase and Neuraltext
, they are neither expensive nor cheap compared to Frase and Neuraltext, they are somewhere in between. However, all plans offered by WriterZen have limitations, which is the same when you look at their competitors
, though Frase does give better options in their pricing plans. Their support inside WriterZen is great,
I got an answer within a day, which is great when you work with SEOs. However, if you're hosting or advertising, I'd like to see faster response rates. But since it's SEO, nothing is really that urgent and its response rate is acceptable. Competitors, Frase and Neuraltext are definitely in between. I would say that Frase is the leader in the SEO content optimization market.
Frase's core engine is more powerful, and they now have more features than WriterZen, however, WriterZen does stand out from Frase, and I think they'll be number one in the near future. If we don't look at the core engine, the big difference now is that Frase just introduced an artificial intelligence module, whereas in WriterZen you still have to type everything manually yourself, you can't generate content in WriterZen, but I think that will The future appears.
Use their keyword research module, better than Frase. I think they do have bigger datasets now than Frase, although they just use Google's database and Google's API to generate the whole report when you run a keyword research.
Their main focus in WriterZen is their content editor, when we look at the future. That's what they're most focused on in the coming months to make it more user-friendly, because as you just saw , it's not very user-friendly. Also, it does take a lot of time to write an entire article in the editor these days. They're also working on building more rich snippets because we know that's ranking high on Google as well.
So that's extremely important in 2021 and I'm personally looking forward to seeing how they nail that down the road. Also, like all software companies, they're working on improving the overall flow of the app, right now, I think it's fine, but small tweaks here and there will definitely improve the whole experience of
WriterZen, which will make using WriterZen easier . Although WriterZen now has a lot of different elements creating huge synergy, I do think they can create more synergy between all the different modules.
And I think this will take WriterZen to the next level. I'd like to see them fix this in the near future, or at least include something like this in the app , for example if I add a lot to WriterZen it's hard to tell them apart. I can't filter by category, I can only search within the content, but that's not always the best possibility. Also, I'd like to see integration with Word, with Google Docs, and even WordPress. This will make the workflow better and easier to operate.
Also, I'd like to see AI modeling inside WriterZen so we can create articles faster than we do now.
This is something I believe they are focusing on, but not in the near future like it is now. It's an SEO tool and it doesn't have a rank tracking feature, which I see a lot of people asking for. However, I would prefer that they don't focus on adding another module where we can track our rankings and we can do it in another tool. I really wish they focused on content editing so that WriterZen would be known for having the best content optimization in SEO.
So, using WriterZen has definitely helped me optimize my entire SEO process, create better content, find those keywords, and that's the golden ratio for me. Hopefully you know by now that with WriterZen, you don't need to be an expert to be successful in SEO, with WriterZen , you'll get a lot of SEO guidance that will help your website and content succeed. So yes, that's my review of this great SEO tool from WriterZen.
