Mistake number 1: not making backlinks from the start. So yes the links are not absolutely necessary. You can wait for people to find you and link to you, but you're going to wait a long time because it's a virtuous circle but you still have to start it.
A bit like a snowball in an avalanche, there still has to be a trigger at the start for the avalanche to be created. Yes, the natural links we receive full once we are positioned and we have regular traffic. So my advice is that every time you post a great article, you reach out to your list and say it on social media. Ideally, you should contact people who are already linking to articles that look like yours and even your competitors' articles . And I will explain this to you in more detail in the training below this video. Mistake number 2: buying links. So that's not really a mistake. It is rather a strategic choice.
If you want rapid growth, have a referencing that explodes right away, buying links is the simplest thing, it's true but it's forbidden by google. And if you want the long term, if you want to sleep on your two ears and not be afraid of a next google update, getting natural and quality links will allow you to stay first for five or ten years. So that's clearly what I recommend. As SEO is a source of long-term traffic, you have to cherish your link profile a little like an email list. If you send too hard, you will spam your email list. You generate more sales in the short term but you will exhaust the source. If I was doing advertising- based marketing, I could afford to take risks. Unfortunately many scammers use advertising because when the scam is discovered and known by people, it no longer works. But since they use advertising, they don't need to use long- term SEO to position themselves. It's rare for sites that google naturally to be scams from scratch because it takes so much work to run a scam for a few weeks that it would n't be worth it.
