Before i get into today's video on how you can
start dominating and crushing your competitors on google my business and google maps and
organic serps i have to first give you this brief disclaimer i'm not a lawyer i'm just an

in today's video so with that out of the way there was a study done on knowledge panels and knowledge
graphs now what i want to point out to you is what does this particular business here what does this
particular business here and this business here have in common they are ranking their knowledge
panel based on a high high competition keyword and they're gating an a knowledge panel now we
don't know if they're doing it the proper way which i'm going to share with you today that
i've been implementing for my clients and it has been successful every single time but
instead of getting your brand or business into these positions and then simply just having
your competitors when you dominate them and crush them down they out you and you get your
listing suspended instead of doing that might i lend you or suggesting an idea to you
based on this particular study now this study what it's covering and what it's going over
was actually done on search engine land or search engine journal one of those two and what
it's talking about is something that i know and i always pitch on my clients every single time is
that these knowledge panels these knowledge graphs these snippets are getting a majority of the
clicks it was actually an overwhelming study that 92.1 percent of the people that ended up seeing a
knowledge panel based on a query considered their queries answered you can read the study i just
pulled this out so with that being said instead of going out and creating these businesses some of
these i'm sure are legit but instead of creating these businesses and i want you to look at this
twenty four dollars a click all right seventy five dollars a click they own the knowledge panel the
only reason it's down far is because i have this extension plugged in but i want you to know this
particular strategy because your competitors i'm using it your competition is using it
any high competition market there there's seos utilizing this strategy and i want
you to know it i want to share it with you so instead of you getting your listing suspended
instead of it having your competitors that you're dominating and crushing and pushing down out
you and getting listings suspended have to get more and go through that process by simply
either trademarking the brand or business name which is great for organic i've had one client do

implementing time and time again is the dba doing business as and there's a secondary tip there
for the doing businesses that i won't share today but the dbas are very inexpensive if you're not
sure what a dba is and and again check your laws check your rules but a dba will will come down
here i pulled it up a dba means doing business as a dba is a registered name a registered name which
means you can prove it to google or anybody else but it's a registered name that your business
operates that's different or fictitious off of the main entity so if i have chris palmer marketing
which is my main brand or business i could do business as seo consulting brooklyn i could do
business as a best seo consultant usa whatever i wanted i would base my dba or my business name on
high commercial intent keywords that are popping out knowledge panels or have a three pack result
now what this is going to do is when you when you're when you're when your potential buyers are
putting in sell my house fast we're using this as an example in texas which is twenty four dollars a
click look who's look who's listing pops up now a lot of the black cats are going out and creating
these listings i mean i've i've done i'm sure you have too but then they're getting suspended if
you push anybody down they're going to out you and you're going to have to verify this and google's
just going to cut them off if you can't verify so what i am urging you is it's very inexpensive
it's very easy to either get a trademark or a dba for your business targeting high commercial intent
keywords that are going to be the best for you and your business if you're looking to dominate and
crush your competitors nothing is going to do it more than having your actual business for the
high commercial intent twenty four dollars seventy five dollar keywords these are just two or three
different examples you could do this in any niche any market you can get as many dbas as you want
you could trademark whatever you want as long as you pay the fee this is a strategy that i've been
