friend, google everything, don't ask things that can be googled in that
sense, very simple things and there you will test your will because
no one will run after you, but you need to convey that ambition.

What you're going to learn is that
we're going to do a 10-day cycle like this on three channels,
most likely going live every day at 6:00 p.m. in the evening, and then we'll all have to
switch to Twitch. In the end, I will explain to you why and how to proceed because
we have to somehow build the future, but this course will last as long as it needs to
last until we reach a level where I can claim that whoever has adopted that material
can comfortably apply to a company that is looking for a job as a so-called
Junior SEO, meaning someone who has junior or little knowledge of SEO, but is ready for internships.
So you will learn how to apply in practice, we will do everything on practical examples,
even from there I will start to create a new Gmail account to which goes everything that
is needed for later analysis when we get to it, every
part related to programming because HTML CSS it's not real
programming, it's very simple.

An SEO expert only needs to know some
basic things and we will learn what these basic things are, how they should be done best, where to
change them and so on. On one example of a very simple page, in order to reach
almost the level of an online shop in terms of page size. So
SEO for small, medium and huge sites is different in many ways.

We will also learn
about what today, but so you know how this course will go. So let's go slowly with
practical knowledge, one by one, one by one, until we come to the point that we ourselves have
created an SEO optimized webshop during the stream, in the sense that this webshop will not
be on any platform, but everything will be done by hand to see exactly what things are affecting and how
they can be controlled.

That is what is important, and as for that knowledge and how much it
is worth, a course like this every day for two hours over 10 days, brother to brother, costs 2,000 – 3,000 euros in Germany. By the way, I do a two-day course for 1,000 euros, so
you know, 16 hours would be 1,000 euros in total, but after that course, the
course is primarily attended by advanced students in order to raise themselves to a certain level. Here, what will
happen to you is that, according to my vision, you will acquire the knowledge that you can get a job as
a Junior SEO.

That SEO, a term to clarify, SEO is actually the English
abbreviation of Search Engine Optimization, it means optimization for search engines or, for
our neighbors, optimization for search engines. And now I will show you what exactly is taught there, but it is your job description, your
job description for which in the Balkans you have a salary of 700 euros, and in Germany the junior salary
is 1,800 euros, so that of course you can advance later. SEO experts who
have five or more years of experience earn 5,000 – 6,000 euros net without any problems
. It's not a rarity or weird thing at all, it's very normal.
So, depending on how much you want to progress, you can progress primarily in that
segment, or if you have even more extensive knowledge, you can start
your own projects, apply that knowledge and then of course earn multiple times because you
know how SEO works, how exactly you will influence it and of course because
to have a lot more visits and more income, ultimately more profit and you can then see by your capacities how much
you can earn in the end.

Many SEO experts with their personal projects
have long passed a million a year, so there is great potential, but what no one
sees, everyone sees, here's what happened recently, a few months ago I bought a new car,
posted it on Facebook and people they see that success on all channels, Instagram,
Facebook, YouTube, people just post the most beautiful things, and no one showed those
17-18 years of effort, work and everything that led to the fact that something like that could
happen. There are other people who work less and then spend it all to go take a
picture in the Seychelles and that's valid, but they don't show how much they
actually worked that year to get there. So whoever thinks that SEO is some shortcut to achieve success without effort, it is
not. You need to learn a lot when you learn to adopt new things every day, because according to Google's
statement, every day they change their algorithm in two or three small things. So
we have 60 – 80 changes per month, three of which you notice, but you have to figure out what
they are.

But let's start from the very beginning. We'll start with what SEO is, how to
recognize SEO positions and so on, and before I start talking about it, I always
forget to mention that there are people of course who don't know me, I've been dealing with digital
marketing for 18 years . I started doing SEO. One of the first in
Europe who started dealing with it and one of the first who got a job there and
later progressed in that segment, so we also had an SEO agency in Bosnia that
only dealt with it, and I'm currently in Germany, I live there and work as a freelancer, as a
consultant for a couple of the biggest German companies. I work for them as a consultant for creating a
digital marketing strategy, first of all in the SEO segment and in the second
segment of Facebook, but mostly I create complete strategies for them and learning through all these years gives me a
bird's eye perspective that I want to present to you in a compressed form in this field , that you
understand first of all how SEO works, but what is even more important when
you learn where it is worth applying, how to recognize a market hole that is worth entering,
how to evaluate how much time is needed and how to measure SEO success.

These are all things
that are not mentioned in an ordinary SEO course , but only the basics of how
to get to the top of Google are taught. So let's move on, if someone has questions about my
personality and so on, or there is a need to talk more about myself, and I don't like that, then I
will end up doing that. Of course there will be questions and answers when I will just
read here what questions they have. And until then I won't, I just don't have that much focus right now, I haven't streamed for a long time so I
can follow the chat and what I'm talking about at the same time. Let's start from the very basics. So
we said SEO is search engine optimization. Now you see, there are a lot of search engines . The most famous is Google, that's why I'll use the
example of Google to show and then I'll tell you why SEO can't be understood as Google SEO, but SEO is a more general term than that.

You will rarely hear that on our
courts, but that's why I'm going to show you. Let 's start in order. We have Google here,
and now we want to search for something. Let's say it's summer now, I
need summer winter tires. I did not prepare anything from these examples, everything comes from scratch. I had an
idea of ​​what we should do, but I didn't go into details, so now, according to the logic of Murphy's
Law, it may very well happen that the examples I choose are not optimal, so I will have to look for another
example, but you will learn along with me. This is one example, when we look at summer and
winter tires, when Google throws out all the so-called organic results.

What it means?
It means that all these results that we have listed here do not have Google ads. Here it is
possible to pay to be in the first three places through the so-called Google Ads,
formerly Google AdWords. So these results that the Google
algorithm threw out for the first 10 of these pages for this particular term, they
adjusted their page so that Google better understands what they offer so that Google
can calculate how relevant they are to the user who is searching.

It doesn't
look like that in, say, Germany. We will look at an example of the same key term and see now what is happening to
Germany. In our region, this is also often possible for, here I will leave
what escaped me. It often happens in our country too, we will show an example, here we can immediately
ignore tires, car tires. No, that's why they won't remove the ad for me because I'm not currently in the Balkans, and a
smart advertiser will of course turn off ads that aren't there. That's why I'll show you in a
German ad, and you feel free to type in Google car tires and let me know if there is an
ad. You will recognize the ads by the fact that it only says an ad here on the top left. Here on the
German Anzeige, we see that they have allowed 4 ads for this term summer tires in Germany
, so these four are all ads, and the one below is only organic.

So
buy the above and pay for each click. For a term like summer tires in Germany, a
click is approximately 3 euros. So thousands of people are looking for summer tires, 1,000 people will click
on the ads and you will have 1,000 euros less in your account and you have to get
those people to buy after clicking on these ads. If
you don't want to pay, but want to be on the first place or in the first 10 here, you
can do it precisely through SEO.

So SEO is concentrated and the optimization of
results on search engines that are seen in the organic part. It's
browser independent, extremely the same all the time, we don't deal with ads, we deal with this
below. Oh well. The first question that someone who encounters this will say is what would I
do when I can buy this above and why would I spend time on optimization
when I could care less if my page is optimized if I pay for an ad.
So depending on the term we typed we expect these ads here to have a
huge number of clicks, however this is not true because people have become blind to the ads.

Before, these ads
were a little yellowish behind, there was some yellowish color, but Google stopped making
it difficult to recognize the ads because Google makes money from ads. It is important for them that you
mix what is paid and what is organic, which is now working very well for them, but again,
depending on the term, 5 to 15% click only on paid advertisements. The rest goes further,
and from that rest, again depending on the keyword, 30 to 60% somewhere and 80 click on the first result.
So if 1,000 people a day are looking for summer tires, let's go back to this notion of ours, if
there are no ads, approximately 200 to 600 people will click on this first result. If
we have ads, it will only be significantly reduced by 5 to 15%, which means that with paid
ads we cannot pick up most of those users that we are looking for something, but SEO
gives a greater benefit than that, in addition to the fact that when you get to the top, you don't have to pay for it
per click, but the process of getting there is paid for.

That's why
companies pay SEO experts to do it for them. It is extremely tempting, of course, for
terms that do not have ads, because then it is a pure SEO competition. We'll take an
example that I use very often, which is a lawyer in Sarajevo, a lawyer in Sarajevo,
or you call it a lawyer in Zagreb for our neighbors, and you see now, even though I'm in
Germany, I get very different things.

First, I receive an advertisement from a lawyer from Prnjavorac,
and of course I will not click on anyone's advertisements and spend his account because I am
not currently interested in his services. So this is the advertisement here and which he
paid so dearly that he is above everyone here in this case. It means this click when you eliminate the
competition if there is competition and you still have so-called
site links.

The one below, it's much more expensive, but we're not interested in that. Below is the
Google Maps we all know. It also belongs to SEO, it is a branch of Google SEO, namely
local Google SEO. These maps can also be optimized and if you are a lawyer in Sarajevo and you are not in these three places here, you can
reach these three places on the map with certain efforts and of course what is very important, you can reach the organic results down here. As you
can see they look different, some have stars, some are like this, some like that. We
will not go into that now, but it is very important that you see what other things we have that hinder
organic SEO. We also have shopping results here on the right. Those shopping
results are all over the world, except in America, also paid, is it, and that is done
through GoogleAds, however in America now an organic shopping result has appeared, so
you can also get to these boxes in an organic way, which is extremely important because it also
says the price and who it is from and can be compared and Google has a special algorithm
by which it ranks this.

Since I have the Amazon plugin, Amazon realized that I want to
buy summer tires, so it immediately offers me summer tires on Amazon. Of course I have to take a
step back to explain browsers. The biggest or most used search engine
in the world is Google, if we take the entire planet, especially if we are dealing with Europe. China
has its own search engine, it's called Baidu and Russia has its own, it's called Yandex, where in those
countries, everything except Chinese is banned in China, and Google is allowed in Russia,
but Yandex still has the majority share and in America Yahoo and a couple there is and so
on, you've heard of Bing, but those are ordinary search engines with quotation marks that
compete for one and the same thing, they're in the same group as Google.

Since
Google is exclusively used in our area, we only deal with Google in the seminar, and it is important to mention who is the second largest search engine.
You won't believe it, but the second largest search engine is YouTube. People search for
certain things immediately on YouTube or on Google, and why? If you want to be
informed, an example of how to make baklava. If you google it and find a recipe, that recipe is 3 km long and you won't think of making
baklava. However, remember that you could see it on YouTube, you google how to

if you want to get information, learn something, listen to some music, you won't be
typing on Google, you'll be typing directly on YouTube. For certain things mainly of an
informative nature, it is called an information query in English, it means a query to a
search engine, to a search engine related to searching for some information, that is an information
query or an information query. It is important that you hear these terms in English, because if you
study SEO yourself, you will come across many sources that unfortunately only have them in English, so that
you know what they mean, and if we want to buy baklava, we can google, is it, buy baklava,
but mostly we will google patisserie. Google will then show us patisseries
near us, it doesn't matter if we type in the patisseries city where we live or just a patisseries,
Google will find a patisseries near us and then we will turn to it.

However, if
we want to buy anything else, a TV and so on, in the West the logical behavior is to
go where, to Amazon. Most people go to Amazon, search for what they want to buy
like say here we will take a PlayStation IV, they want to buy it, they will buy it through
Amazon because most people think that Amazon is the cheapest which is not always the
case, and many people buy from Amazon because I can trust that they will receive the goods exactly when they
say and that is why I use Amazon.

I don't care if somewhere it is 5 or 10 euros more expensive,
say in the case of Playstation, I would rather buy on Amazon because it can come
to me in 24 hours. Of course, in domestic areas, you can't buy on Amazon, so in Bosnia and Herzegovina
we use Pik or OLX, so we search there. Most likely, a lot of
people are knocking on these local eBays right away for our car tires. Ebay, why eBay, because there is an opportunity on all
domestic portals to set a fixed price or to guess something. There is
no guesswork on Amazon, hence the distinction between eBay and Amazon. Alibaba is also a
kind of Amazon and look now, on Amazon these results that come up, again you have
sponsored, two sponsored then goes organic result and then these other
organic results. They have people who only do Amazon SEO, they just optimize
products for certain terms within the Amazon search engine. It's Amazon SEO.

Aleksandar

occupy a higher or better position. This can also be done with certain methods. That's YouTube

bidders here. You can pay the same as these yellow ads here to be there, to stand
out, to have this green title and so on, and you can influence in a certain
way that OLX puts you up.

The same is true for Njuškalo in Croatia and the
same is true for KupujemProdajem in Serbia and I think that Kupindo is still interesting there and all the same. Everyone
has a search engine, everything can be influenced and ultimately find some
kind of SEO to push it. There are many more types of SEO, just to give you an
idea of ​​what it can be. Now you see this, when we type how to make baklava or
baklava recipe, let's try the baklava recipe. Look at this, Google puts out something else entirely
. Why? Because as I told you, people who want to make baklava
, video helps them the most, and Google put video in the first place.
Which means that if you are on YouTube in the top three, or in the top 10, Google can throw you out
on a regular search, because YouTube and Google belong to the same company, someone doesn't
know that, so the results in YouTube affect the results in Google. It is extremely important that you know
this and can optimize for it. Then it gives an organic result, another organic
result and then, you see, the recipes go.

They have special boxes for recipes, in order to even
get this box, you need a lot of SEO knowledge well tuned
so that it appears here, to be displayed here, it will not appear
anywhere, to be displayed there. And as you can see the images are here at the end,
however there are people who only deal with Google SEO for images. You must know that, he has a
position in the company, he is an SEO expert for image optimization within Google, he does nothing
else and you will learn how to optimize . Then there are people who
are of course in certain niches. What is a niche, a niche is a sub-sub-branch of an industry, like say you have a fashion
industry, so you have people who only sell t-shirts, so they have t-shirts of this type,
t-shirts of that type, there are people who only sell jerseys.

I know a man who has
only been doing SEO for jerseys for 20 years, nothing more. Then there are people who only deal with
recipes and what is extremely important to know is the so-called news SEO, people who only deal
with news. This knowledge that we will learn now is the basis, the foundation for any
branch that you may decide to enter later, in the Balkans it is not necessary to
specialize in one thing within Google, it is important that you are an SEO for Google,
but it is not necessary to say I only for pictures, only for recipes, only for this, but
you have to know that this knowledge is so extensive and there is
so much work there that people get positions in companies that are only closely
related to one specific thing.

Good. The question that arises then is
how I will earn from that SEO. So nice and simple, let's take our dear example
from the beginning, i.e. summer car tires. There are no ads, there is nothing and we can now
find out through SEO how many people are searching for this term summer car tires or this phrase, I will
keep saying the term because I cannot repeat the term or phrase twice. So the term
summer car tires and about how much, we can later check how many searches there are,
how many people search this particular term monthly and then we can see that we can get there
by analyzing, of course, which you will learn , which place you could climb with effort
and then you can count – if 1,000 people a day search for this, 600 of them click on
this first result, of those 6, an average of 2% buy something, we have about
12 sales a day for summer tires, which of course, summer tires about
200 euros, so we can earn a day a lot of money, if it's ours, and if it's the
company's we do it, the company earns the job.

The smartest thing is always to push your own projects, to
have your own projects, however, not all of us have the entrepreneurial skills to run companies and
get our own back on our feet, we also don't have technical knowledge, and we can learn how to
do it. You know, what you learn enables you to tell others how it
should be better. There is no need ever for you to do programming or design.
It's nice to understand, over time you'll learn certain things to program,
but it's not necessary to get the job done.

You just need to know a
huge list of what you should, what you shouldn't, what you can
laugh at, and what you can't laugh at. I read the comments a bit and then stopped,

Google and then you know how much it affects the daily life of that lawyer because thousands and thousands of people are looking for a lawyer. Where will they turn first
when they don't know anyone, Google of course and how will they get clients through
Google. That's the logic, SEO filters you out from the rest and the better you are, the
better you know how to get on the first page. Let me tell you right away that some of you have, they have
hired an SEO expert, some have hired SEO agencies, some are engaged in
SEO themselves.

Let me tell you a trick on how to recognize someone who has no idea. It is the one who will give you a
contract where he promises you to reach the top 3 position or the first position. These
are frivolous people who have no idea about this business. So there are no guarantees here and there
can be none, because Google changes things so often and you are never
sure that something will not come out tomorrow that you did not comply with because you did not know that it should be complied with, which affects the ranking and then
it is very frivolous. Since Google changes things so often, over 60 times a month
certain little things, these are not big changes, there are 3-4 big changes a year, but you have to know
that there are no promises to anyone. No one can promise you anything. He can only say I
can help you optimize, I expect certain results, but I can't promise you anything
.

Very important to know. So we went through all that stuff, we said how to make money from it, that is, by buying

only makes sense to rank on Google for terms that we actually have a product or

What doesn't
make sense is that some site that sells electronic bicycles ranks here, say, for

Google identifies what you do, it very precisely determines where you
are and then only for those things, you can appear in that niche. The mistake
occurs precisely in the beginning, that you give very little information. Let's say you
create a shop, just paste pictures of the product and the price and name of the item
under, I don't know, some serial number and no additional information.

Google will then
try to see what it is from that image and it won't quite succeed, and it may be that, if you sell drills, it will list you for
screws or for drill bits or for something completely different because you
have a lot of those accessories in the pictures drills. You need to prepare the content in such a way that it is easy for
Google to find out what you do and you need to understand the meaning of the
whole process.

It doesn't mean, one of the metrics that is not important is the number of
visitors, tomorrow I can give you 2 million visits for your site, from which
no one will buy anything. So I'm causing you costs, for that you'll need another
server which is much more expensive, you'll get some idiots on Support and so on, so
you need to know what you want to go forward for and why it's worth fighting for and what brings you the
